This Shipping and Returns Policy outlines the procedures and conditions applicable to the delivery and return of goods purchased via the website www.o2armor.com.au ("the Website"), operated by O2Armor® ("we", "us", or "our"). By placing an order through the Website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.


Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation

Upon successful placement of an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number. All shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location and the total quantity and weight of the goods ordered.

Dispatch and Delivery Timeframes

Within Australia
Orders are processed and dispatched via Australia Post within 12–48 hours from receipt of order, excluding weekends and public holidays. Deliveries to rural and remote areas may experience extended delivery timeframes of up to five (5) business days.

Please ensure that a correct and complete daytime delivery address is provided, as deliveries are made during normal business hours, Monday to Friday.

In the event your order has not been received within a reasonable timeframe, we request that you notify us within five (5) to seven (7) days of order placement. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist, O2 Armor does not accept responsibility for delays caused by Australia Post or any third-party shipping providers.

O2 Armor accepts no liability for losses arising from parcels sent to incorrect addresses due to errors or omissions by the purchaser during the order process.

Furthermore, O2 Armor is not responsible for goods lost in transit. If you elect to have your parcel shipped without tracking, you do so at your own risk. No refunds or credit notes will be issued for lost or untracked items.

International Deliveries
All international orders are shipped via UPS International or an equivalent service provider. Estimated delivery timeframes range between one (1) and three (3) weeks. Delivery times may vary based on your geographical location.

O2 Armor accepts no responsibility for international parcels that are lost or damaged during transit. Customers who opt out of tracking services accept all associated risks and acknowledge that refunds or credits will not be issued in such instances.

You are solely responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. O2 Armor does not accept liability for incorrectly addressed parcels.

International customers are liable for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by the destination country. Please consult your local customs authority for guidance. O2 Armor will not be held accountable for additional charges incurred upon import.


Returns Policy

O2 Armor offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all unused products. Should you wish to return an item, the following conditions apply:

Return Period

  • Domestic (Australia & New Zealand): Returns or exchanges are accepted within seven (7) days of purchase.

  • International: Returns or exchanges are accepted within fourteen (14) days of purchase.

After these timeframes, all sales are considered final.

Return Shipping

The customer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs. A traceable, prepaid method of return postage is required. O2 Armor accepts no responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit during return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Additional shipping charges will apply for exchanged items.

Condition of Returned Goods

All returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Returned goods that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for refund or exchange.
